This project aims at experiencing and discovering the current pedagogies in using IT in education so as to construct a workable plan for applying web-based learning to all schools in HK. This project is an important link between technology and the state of professional development in schools. Teachers who have the skills to use the technology effectively can take this opportunity to show their proficiency in integrating the technology into their lessons and make students utilize it.
