BRIEF DESCRIPTION
.
This project aims to develop a Virtual Embryo through which anatomical structures and gene expression of a zebrafish embryo can be visualized, quantified, manipulated and expressed artistically within a virtual environment. We focus on reconstruction and quantification of 3-D structures from optical sections of embryos. Both qualitative and quantitative aspects of gene expression domains will be correlated with corresponding changes in anatomical structures under different environmental conditions
